The Daughter of Che Guevara, hero of the 1959 Cuban revolution, is visiting Galway next week and hoping to trace her Irish roots.

Aeida Guevara is a descendant of one of the tribes of Galway, the Lynch family. It is planned to take her to Lynch's Castle in the city and to the ruin of the Lynch family home at Lydican, a few miles away, during her visit.
