The High Price of Peace
IT seems possible now, even probable, that we are on the verge of the final historic settlement in the North. This deal, it is predicted, will see all IRA arms being decommissioned within a very short time frame, perhaps within a month, and it will see Ian Paisley’s Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) agreeing to share power with Sinn Fein in a new devolved administration in the North.
